Scottie's Neck Injury: any insight beyond what little evidence we've seen or been told?

Wondering what exactly is the problem with Scottie's neck.
What do you all think?
Any THP doctors here able to make an educated guess on what he is battling?

no doctor, but he was able to still finish so I would assume its muscle related and rest will help

Seems muscular to me.

Torticollis Would even seem like a strong diagnosis. Could have just slept wrong.

it seemed like something i've had often. just a muscle that flares up in the neck, trap, rhomboids, etc.

Had KT tape on it and seemingly was fine enough, so likely not a huge issue moving forward

Some times muscles hurt for no good reason. Idiopathic silliness.
