Spinny Balls: Hop & Stop, or plan to suck it back?

You can always control the distance easier with the Hop & Stop thought process. It's very difficult to control how much the ball will spin or how much it will suck back.
You hear all the people "ooh and ahh" when a pro backs it's up on TV. But they hit 1000's of balls a day and that's how they make a living.
Ask yourself a question .... track your stats one day and see exactly how many times you are long vs short with respect to the hole position. Dont be surprised if 90% of your shots fall short of the target. So why would you want to back it up?

Not a Sermon. .. Just a Thought

I far prefer balls to hop and stop mainly because I like to play into almost every green short and run up to a flag point. I don't like a high flight that comes in high and comes back towards me. Just how I prefer to strike and fly the ball really feel it gives me more control.
