Although I'm laid-up at the moment (back's out again), from 5/8 to 7/28 I played 35 rounds with the 7W length 300 Mini as my primary driver.
It's awesome and has permanent residence in my bag. Not saying that it will be primary forever, but I cannot ever see myself abandoning it as safety-driver.
Before I got hurt, I was hitting regular driver (B21) a few times per round over a few rounds in preparation for this weekend's club championship played from the 7,011 yard tips. But during my one practice round from those tees, the Mini was the choice a good amount. Go-to off holes: 1, 5, 8, 13, 15, and conditions could've afforded its use off one or two more tees. Sadly, the body wouldn't cooperate, so the tourney is over for me before it ever started. But I was psyched to learn that the Mini would serve as a valuable tool from back there.
