Less filling!!! :D Sorry, couldnt resist.
Im honestly not that much of a drinker anymore. I used to get drunk pretty much every weekend, but I just dont have much of a taste for it anymore and its just not something that I care to do very often. Every now and then I will go to a bonfire or a friend will have a party and I will get pretty wasted, but not very often. I honestly cant remember the last time I got drunk in a bar.
However, back when I did drink, I was a Miller High Life, Leinenkugels (Berryweiss, Big Butt, Lenie's Original and Sunset Wheat) and Spotted Cow. I mostly like to stick to the Wisconsin beers.

Typically it will be either a microbrew or if that's not available then Leinies Honey Weiss or Red fills the bill for me.

I had a Leinenkugels on a flight once, it would have been a lot better if it had been cold. Still it wasn't bad, may have been Sunset Wheat.

Usually if I'm going to have a beer it will be a Bud Light, doesn't happen very often anymore.

I am a big Sam Adams fan, the Boston Lager and the Winter Lager are personal favorites.

Great Lakes Brewery, based out of Cleveland here, makes some great ones also, the Edmund Fitzgerald and Elliot Ness being my favorite two. Their Christmas Ale is pretty awesome also.

I got on a Sam Adams kick for a while there. My beer tastes change every now and then, but it is mostly microbrews(New Castle, Abita Purple Haze, Sierra Nevada, or even Woodchuck) and always in a bottle. Drank more than enough can beer in my younger days!!

Amen to that, bottle beer is the only way to go. Not sure what it is, but I cant stand beer out of a car.
I like tap beer the best and then bottle and I will only take can if thats my only choice.

Oh yeah, prefered on tap more than any other way, but I was thinking of my store purchases. Can beer has a very "tin" taste to it IMO and ruins the flavor. I'll go without if it comes down to drinking can beer.

I agree with Sam Adams and Great Lakes. I visited Great Lakes brewery a couple of years ago. Great fresh draught beer. If you see Christian Moerlein beers from Cincinnati, give them a try.

me too. it's got cig butts and all kinds of crap in it.
Funny you say that, I can't tell you how many people I have seen take a slug off of a canned beer only to find a cig butt floating in it. Never had it happen to me though thankfully.

My two favorite beers come out of a can, Murphys Stout and Old Speckled Hen. Of course they are great on tap, but I like the class that comes with a can.:act-up: I was at a casino one time that served us cans of beer.

i was making fun of the typo(he typed beer out of a "car". )

also, cans give off an aluminum flavour.
