The Hottest Patrons at Augusta

Did these people (in particular the non-WAG's) sign releases for their photos to be used in this fashion? I'd say it's one thing to be shown in a spread of "Augusta Patrons", but when it's sexified ("hottest patrons") it crosses a different line IMO.

As far as media law goes... the general rule is if you are somewhere in public with no "expectation of privacy" then anything goes. If you are somewhere where a reasonable person would expect not to be seen (ie in their own back yard) then that is against the law. It's the old "if anyone walking down the street could see you" then it's fair game rule. This could be a bit different as it is at a private club, only accessed by ticket holders. However, a judge might say with 10s of thousands of patrons and media and TV broadcasts all over, no one could reasonably expect privacy in that setting.
