Trying to get more length off the tee

When I swing hard my game goes to hell. I can hit my driver consistently 200-225 straight when I do not swing hard, but I am looking for more distance and whenever I swing hard my ball slices like it was cold cuts. Any quick tips or things I should be looking at?
