PW = 45°
GW = 52°
LW = 60°

Less clubs = better for me (less analysis paralysis), so 6°-8° gaps are fine

Tempted to formalise it to 46 - 52 - 58 if I'm being totally honest

47° and 53° in my bag.

I went with the 50/55/60 which is quite an even mix I think also what I'm use to. I'm sure that will change in the future as my game evolves

Pw - 44*
aw - 49*
52*
56*
60*

4* Gap on my wedge set

46 - PW
50 - Gap
54 - Sand
58 - Lob

But for years, I've used 45, 52, 58. In the end, that gap was too big for me since I've been trying to get better at my short game.

Mine are:
PW - 45°
UW - 50°
SW - 54°
LW - 58°

What wedge lofts are the more common amongst THP members after 44° PW

44° PW?

My 9i is 44°, then they go 48, 52, 56, 60 from there.

46, 50, 55, 60.

Does anyone really need a 44 degree PW? Seems like in most cases it requires another wedge if you maintain 4 degree gaps. I don't have need for a 44, 48, 52, 56 and 60. I'm surprised that Titleist still does it that way with their AP1's

51 56. The 56 C-grind has good heal relief so I can open it up to say 59...thus I don't need a 60* or 3rd wedge. Now I can bag 1,3,5,7wds. Seriously how many of you use the 60? (and score with it)

I can't remember the last time I scored with my 60° wedge, but it has set up good chances for me to score with the putter.

Most courses I play are high elevated greens and almost all are very hilly, I like the way the 60 just pops up and sits were it lands, around the greens it is my most used club

Pw (43) .... pitching
Gw (49) .... mostly for chipping and very fine pitching
54 .... seldom use
60 .... bunker play

My PW is 46*. My wedges are 52/56/60.

I have weaker lofted irons than most so my PW, GW, SW, LW are 46, 50, 55, 60. 3 of these were bent a degree or less to achieve the gaps I wanted.

The only club I worry about gapping is the gap wedge. I full swing all wedges, but I’m more likely to encounter a partial wedge shot than a full on course so either a 54 or 56 is fine for me for around 75-115 yards. I go with a 60 for shots around the green for the loft/spin. I may even go to a 62 or 64 with my next purchase since I use my lob wedge almost exclusively around greens.

I game a 46* PW and wedges in 50, 54, 58. I like the gaps on full shots. On partials, there is overlap between a half swing with a lower lofted wedge and a 3/4 swing with a higher lofted wedge. I like the options that gives me.

When I played a 45* PW and a set AW at 49* I went 54, 60 in the wedges. I liked that well enough, but prefer where I have my current setup.
