I'm not sure. I'm not a steak expert by any means. I seasoned it a bit with salt and pepper. Very tender! Seared it on high for 2 minutes a side and then cooked on medium low for about 4 minutes a side. Was super surprised how good it was.

Even if it wasn’t, who gives a F? That’s a lot of steak and you didn’t ruin your plate with a bunch of green crap, lol. Not even a tater (which I CAN get behind).
Super disappointed in the latest Arbees sammich. If that’s legit filet meat than I’m petit too. That was gonna be my dinner. I’ll reheat it here in a couple hours when I get drunk when the Browns let me down. Maybe better then?

Tacos Barbacoa.
Lamb seasoned, grilled for an hour, then put in a slow cooker on low all night. Salsa is cilantro, onion, orange bell pepper, and jalapeño, doused with a puree of raisins, vinegar, jalapeño, and brown sugar. Garnished with sliced avocado.
