Hung this beauty in the garage today, and couldn't help but reminisce on the 2016 season when the Cavs won it all and brought the first championship to Cleveland since 1964. There was no room in any bars downtown Cleveland so I was with a group of friends at the casino watching game 7 against the Warriors. Late in the game.. "Iguodala to Curry, back to Iguodala, up for the layup! Oh! Blocked by James! LeBron James with the rejection!" Chills just writing up this post. I will never forget it. Most of us have experienced this moment. With no sports being played, this is a perfect time to look back and relive these moments. What do you got for me THP fam?

At home, for both the 2015 Royals and 2019 Chiefs

Same team as yours, (CAVS). I was on the couch with my 4 year old and 2 year old son, and my wife was on the chair right beside us. That block literally brought me to my knees. For once, a Cleveland team didn’t blow it at the last minute.

When the Red Sox won the World Series in 2004 after an 86 year draught, I was in a hotel in Charlotte, NC (business meetings the next day) sitting in a hot tub and downing cold Miller Lites.

Great place to be.

The Chiefs may have some more coming! Mahomes seems to be a once in a generation type of guy. Who are you going after in the draft?

I was pacing in the casino. One of the best games I have ever seen. Everyone was going absolutely wild. Did your 4 year old get excited and comprehend what had just happened? They were probably worried about you when you dropped to your knees in pure joy :ROFLMAO:

I was at Panini's staring at the screen and then beer showers ensued! That was such a glorious night for Cleveland!

Heck yeah, that sounds like the life. Thank goodness for this guy, one of my former Indians. Love that dude.

#allin216! I forgot about that. Did you flood the streets after?

When the Jays won the World Series ‘92,93 I was just a little one. Watching the game at home with the fam. Last year when the Raptors won at my friends place

It was literally crazy as a fan everyone just roamed the streets in hoards... The parade was even better... Moving throughout the city from the view from office to Jr Smith dancing to Kevin love with the belt...

I am a huge fan of Kawhi, think he is a really interesting person. Do you still root for him? Even with him going to LA?

He’s a beast . Great two way player. When he decided Clippers over the Raptors I was salty but nothing against him . It’s all for his family.

When the Astros won I was at home. I was at the country bar I used to bounce at when my Titans came up 1 yard short, so I'm still waiting.

My Raptors and Blue Bombers (CFL) both won the championships last year.
I was on the couch, with my 2 year old beside me, and we were both cheering like mad.
I was cheering for the team, he was cheering me lol.

10 year old Matty was living it up at my parent’s bar and restaurant! We had a full house for the Twins 91 World Series win. Best WS ever?

Sitting on my couch when the 2008 Phillies won after game 5 was restarted in the 6th inning. It was just my wife and I since the first game was called in the sixth due to rain.

For the 2017 Eagles, all I can remember was how load my house got as a few us yelled when Brady was sacked and fumbled to make it look as the Eagles won the Super Bowl. It’s funny as the house wasn’t as load after the Hail Mary from Brady fell to the ground giving the Eagles the actual win.

2016 Chicago Cubs. I watched it at my buddies house, almost left when the rain delay hit. Luckily I didn’t, it was amazing!

I also remember the Chicago Bulls Dynasty from the 90’s. Got to watch Jordan play in person, just amazing.

Both NYG Superbowls with friends from college, both times my pats fan friend cried in his room afterwords... It was frigging glorious

The Patriots first Super Bowl win I was sitting next to the 4th season ticket holder in my group. We were both pretty stunned and I remember hugging.
Sad thing was he passed away before we got the seats, We never filled the 4th seat permanently. Great memories is what sports are about!

I don't have any teams. When Tiger won the 2019 Masters, I was at Lake Hefner GC in OKC. When he won the 2005 Masters, I was in Germany at a friend's house.

He didn’t really know the extent of what was happening. My wife knew though. Me being a lifelong Cleveland fan, and previously having season tickets to Cavs in prior years, she was finally getting to see a reaction other the typical kick in the crouch.

At home watching the tube for Game 7 of the 2016 World Series. My Cubbies never do anything the easy way, but they did win it all. It was truthfully something I thought I'd never see in my lifetime. :)

Unfortunately, I don’t have too many of these... Phillies in ‘08 I was in college in Indiana. Nobody in the dorm batted an eye as I ran down the hallway screaming! Packers in ‘11 I was a wreck watching the game with my wife’s family. Just breathed a sigh of relief when the game was over. Honorable mention when Lehigh beat Duke in ‘12 - I was hosting a Lehigh beats Duke party at Penn State. It was sparsely attended as not many people though there was a chance, but man I went nuts when the final whistle blew!

2007 for the Ducks Stanley Cup. I was nowhere fun. Just watching at my grandparents house lol
