Where would you go?

I think back to Myrtle Beach. Wife and I had a great time there this spring and got to play some amazing courses (TB/Caledonia were two). But I’d really like to go somewhere where I can just sit, relax, and chill between rounds.
 
The cliche answer is Bandon... but I’d love Cabot Cliffs / Links as well. It’s just in the middle of nowhere in northern Nova Scotia.
 
The golf isn't going to sound exciting compared to other THPer trips but I have some unfinished business so I'd do it a little differently. I fly up to Anchorage (Jul maybe?). No course picked out yet but I'd only golf one day. Could get in almost 24 hours of golf that day and would be shooting for an 18 birdie day. I'd fish the remainder of my trip up. At some point in my life I've caught nearly every other species on my list except for Artic Char and Artic Grayling. Always assumed I would some day, and also do the 24 hour golf thing, but I'm getting older fast.
