Drums are less work to eat.
 
Very slight edge goes to drums between the two because they’re easier to eat. I ultimately like having a mix because it adds variety to the eating pattern vs having the same bite motions for a dozen or two wings.
 
Flats.
Although a good nugget is tasty too.
 
Boneless wings less work from plate to consumption 🤷‍♂️

Prefer drums but either are great. The 4th option should not even be there in a thread dedicated to wings. Did not see mention of nuggets in the OP.

The smaller drums are good too but I don’t like the huge drums
 
Oh wow, it was perfectly 17-17….until I voted flats! I mean, either would be fine, but flats get the nod for sure. Much more consistent I think.
 
Give me the drummies! A local place in town will sell you your preference and it is AWESOME!
 
I prefer flats, but normally won't specifically order that if they charge more.

I don't discriminate when it comes to wings but I prefer flats. Make your meat umbrella and enjoy
