For me, the flat bill baseball hat. The bills were made to be curved not flat. lol
 
Awful plaid pants
 
Anything with the IJP phallic logo

Plaid pants with a solid color shirt is not too bad but......Plaid pants WITH a striped shirt! Horrible. Absolute nightmare.

I'm just in here to say Jordan golf shoes before @JB has a chance to do so, and also state that I disagree with him.

Flatbill caps, and Jordans. The basketball court is over there in the other park.
 
Although many may dislike the flat bill hats and joggers, they are good for the game. Brings in the younger generations who really enjoy and appreciate that new style.

First thing that comes mind for worst golf apparel look is definitely miss matching, janky looking rain gear.
