I’ve always liked the Hickory Farms Summer sausage, especially around the holidays. How about you? Yes or No?

I am a sucker for it...and the mustard they have in the sets. hmm I need to seek some out now.
 
I had a note in my doctors chart when I was a kid for eating too much and having a stomach ache.

But still love it and that mustard. Only once a year though.

Interesting. Never have had it like that, but now I have to try it. What kind of mustards do you recommend?
 
Not a mustard with it kind of guy. Not opposed and it’s good. Just prefer it with a good cheddar.
 
I eat a lot of summer sausage but it’s almost always from one of the two local meat markets that have tastier stuff. I guess I’m a summer sausage snob. :)

All sausage is good sausage
 
I got a meat grinder about 4 years ago and went on a 6 month run of only doing summer sausage. I got some pretty decent ones.
 
Holidays yes
