That is encouraging to see results in such a short time. Do you feel like your turn is more relaxed since you have added some flexibility?

In a way, yes. I'm not sure if relaxed is the right word but I've been practicing a slower takeaway speed with the MISIG and trying to replicate on the course. It seems slower and less forced. Things seem to sync up nicer that way for me.

Got mine in yesterday and did a little messing around with it. I don't so much feel any stretch in my hip, but I definitely feel it in the left part of my upper back going back, and then the right side when doing some of the other exercises. 25 reps on each side and then took a quick video of my backswing just to see how the feeling was with a club really in hand.. Shoulder turn looked a little deeper for sure, and with a bit less runoff at the top. No idea how that would translate to the course, but it was a fun little intro to it.

I'm not sure about you, but I've noticed that after working with the MISIG my backswing is much slower. That has been great for my game - way more focus on that aspect.

OMG, I thought I was alone and almost didn't post about that. It's not slower, based on those watching me, but it feels that way.

It does feel a little slower, yeah. Maybe itís cause itís just a deeper turn and the arms are wider going back?

Certainly could be. I attribute it to the stretch routine - when I'm trying to get a stretch, I certainly don't want to move it back really fast. I try to repeat that on the course (although I'm curious to see if it is feel or real based on JB's comments).

This seems encouraging to me just for the stretching. I have lost quite a bit of flexibility in the last few years.

I've got this addressed in my upcoming review. I won't bury the lead - it's pretty good for adding flexibility to the shoulder turn.

Iíve got my review done and Iím kept using the MISIG longer than required (not each routine but the ones I liked). I really like the tempo change that occurred and using it pre-round.

I think this will be a very divisive device. Very.

I actually am looking forward to using mine again after a week away from it. Now to squeeze in a round after a few days of using it to see what gains there may be etc

I hope it lives up! I didnít see crazy distance gains but I did gain better tempo. Itís been really good for my ballstriking.
