I think I'd have to go with Bridgestone. They have such a huge focus on balls and so many great models I would trust them for years.
 
One Brand? Srixon. Love the Q-Stars and recently started to really enjoy the soft Feels.
 
If I'm going with one OEM, it'd either be Srixon or Callaway. Both offer balls and different tiers that I like. They also offer balls in color, which to me is the most important thing.
 
Pro-V1. Great feel off the driver, irons and putter. Plus it has the softness/spin with the wedges.

However, I have never played the Callaway or Bridgestone. To be fair, I need to hit their comparable balls vs the ProV1 to be fair.

Still can't beat Bridgestone for me. The B330 is just the perfect ball for me

Truvis is just flat out perfection.
 
Definitely Titleist for me.
 
Probably Bstone for me too at this point. Or Srixon...

Lots of choices for Callaway, Bridgestone and Titleist, Srixon has picked up the pace towards the end. All great balls and provide different things for everyone.
