Looking for some Provel cheese. Online ordering is crazy expensive. Happy to pay for it and shipping for anybody that can help.

What's strange, I actually found Provel last week at Walmart when getting cheese for pizzas. It was in the deli section and it was Imo's brand.

JB, Don't know if this helps or if it's worth anything......


This is a homemade version of the gooey processed white cheese popular in St. Louis.


Author: Epicurious, Eatocracy

Recipe type: cheese


Ingredients
•1 cup shredded white cheddar
•½ cup shredded swiss
•½ cup shredded provolone
•1 tsp liquid smoke



Instructions
1.Toss all ingredients together
2.Mix well to incorporate liquid smoke.
3.Keep refrigerated.
