Hello, later this week, I'm most likely buying a set of Adams Idea Tech Irons (5-W) and a 4 Hybrid. Are getting these clubs fitted possible? Or are they just Game Improvement Clubs that do not require fitting?

All cubs work best if they are fit for you.
 
Any club can be fit to your swing. You may not see as much difference as you would with an iron such as a blade, but you will definitely feel a difference. It was the best thing I ever did while buying golf clubs.
 
Fitting is strongly encouraged. It doesn't matter what the club is. For example, I play +1 inch. That makes a difference whether it's a blade or an ultra game improvement iron.
 
I would not consider buying any irons without being fitted for them.
