I have some of my handy work. Butcher Shop TC porterhouse steaks, sauteed mushrooms, and roasted fingerling potatoes with French herbs, garlic, and aged white cheddar.

Finished potatoes.

Plated and ready for my assault.

It never stood a chance. I'm good from up close.

LOL, I don't know about that Cookie but I do love working with my hands. These are all jobs left over from when I built the house and to be honest never bothered me in the least, but the wife wanted it all done.

I will take some pics for my man Tmex, tomorrow I will be building some fake beams and building a roof over the back deck.
