Some great pairings, thanks Soxy.

Paula Creamer DNS.

Wrist/thumb I presume.

That is what they are saying Harry.

I would also assume that (in addition to the pain) she is hoping that resting it will improve her chances that it will heal before next week's major.

Thursday early morning leaderboards are always interesting: Allison Hanna-Williams; Shi Hyun Ahn; Kim Hall; Heather Bowie Young; Hye Jung Choi; Jeanne Cho-Hunicke . . .

Sadly, the Farr is about 45 minutes from me and I have never went!

Or even sadder, the WGC (also very close) is giving away a VIP package and you did not enter....heheh

Stupid ESPN no Thursday TV coverage! :at-wits-end:

I know! I just hate traveling. For me to get to the Farr it is only about 40 miles I'd say, but I hate driving! Maybe next year. Though my curiousity is setting in:banana:

I know. I was just looking for it with no luck. They can replay Sportscenter a thousand times with no trouble though.

Even web coverage would be acceptable.

Oh well, all this changes next year. Every round, all HD, and (hopefully) longer broadcasts.

Agreed Harry. But hopefully most of these events will be in an acceptable time zone to watch live.

Dangit Paige! :at-wits-end:

Well, I'm sure I'm about to jinx her, but Michelle Wie has just birdied 5 out of her last 6 holes to get to -4 (T3) after 8 holes:

You beat me to that one. Friends there told us she is striking the ball well.

We heard that scores could go LOW THIS WEEKEND.

It seems Suzann is back and better than ever. -6 through 15 and tied for first. Wie is still -4 and in 4th.

Is it the shoes? Is it the shoes?

Since joining Nike, she has done quite well, maybe it is.

Pressel and Suzann tied at -6 for the lead.

Laura Diaz just went to -7

Yay, Pressel! Don't let it rain. :D

Interesting that neither of the two current leaders (Pressel and Diaz) hits the ball all that far.

They really need to lengthen the courses these girls can mostly hit it pretty far. Although it seems that has NO benefit on most of the courses they play.
