Went to the Dr yesterday as i have been dealing with this sore"knot" on the left side of my back. My wife ( a PT ) and my chiropractor both think it is a lipoma ( a fatty cyst ) and it is irrating a spot on my back. You can actually move this cyst around - very weird. Well, my Dr. said he thinks it is a disc, but I don't know how that could be since I can do things on the treadmill, stairmaster etc. He wants me to get an MRI. This is not what I wanted to hear! I went to the range last night to make sure I could still swing without too much pain, and I did - I actually felt better when I was done as I guess it stretched it out some. I have no intention of missing this outing, unless this gets worse!. I had this same flare up about a month ago, and it went away in a couple days, but this one I have been dealing with since Monday. Go figure - I get into the best shape i have been in 20 years, and this crap happens!

Bigball. Don't be crazy. Come on out and enjoy everybody and the time, but don't play. There will be many more events and your back is not worth risking. Take it easy and be safe.

FYI Vince and I are playing at Mcculoughs Emerald golf links at 3:18 it was just under $30 a guy with fees on golf now if anyone is interested snag it its a pay up front for that price but theres 2 spots left if anyone wants to get in a round friday after noon. and its literally a block from twisted dunes.

Ok so I was looking at directions to get to Twisted Dune for tomorrow. I am coming from the DC area and I have a quick question I am going over the Delaware Memorial Bridge but shouldn't I be getting on the AC Exppressway right after the bridge? Google Maps has me on RT. 40 Harding Highway. Thanks guys
From Delaware in normally use rt 40 a little slower but no toll on early saturday morning there is no traffic.
If it is a cyst we can use a tee to pop it and u will be fine

I took Rt 40 many years ago from that way. It was one lane each way and many lights. It might be longer to go to the ac express way but it might be faster.

Quick question - I am contemplating range finders and am pretty sure I am going to get the Bushnell V2 - will anyone in attendance have these that they dont mind me just trying it out on the range?

We won't be there but I got ddec the Bushnell v2 slope edition last year and he loves it. Only down side is they don't make rechargable batteries that size.

Take 40. It's a longer way to the expressway than it looks and the first stretch among route 42 can be slow going even on a Saturday as there is a lot of local traffic.
If 40 is slow for some reason you can jump onto 54 north to pickup the Expressway.
What I don't know is if there is any construction on 40 that would change things.
Heading to my parents shore house tonight. Twisted is about 45 minutes from there so I'll be leaving by 8am tomorrow
