Rack of lamb with a red wine and pan drippings sauce with mushrooms and pasta and bruschetta.
 
Overcooked hot dogs and under cooked macaroni and cheese... got to stop getting sidetracked.....
 
Chimichangas last night & ribs tonight. Plenty of beer with both.
 
Both sound delicious. Im craving wings tonight, so we will see what GG wants to do.
 
Pizza!
 
Vaca frita and red beans and rice (cuban for mother's day).

We made garlic bread pizza. Sliced a loaf, put sauce and seasoning on it, added pepperoni and a lot of cheese.

Sounds good very smart. I may do this myself. For me tonight were making some breaded ultra hot wings.

We didn't have any pizza sauce, so I used tomato paste. That's why I added the Italian seasoning. I've made it before with pizza sauce, and it was better. But this was pretty good too.
 
Baked penne with sliced chicken sausage and six cheeses.

We've got to use up that garlic bread, so I am making garlic bread pizza again. This time I took the tomato paste and made pizza sauce out of it (it's easy, just add water and spices).
