Ping S55 Irons - Forum Testing Signup

Awesome to see that Ping is seeing that Ping is sending out to THP for testing. I'd love the opportunity to test out what Bubba plays and see what makes him enjoy them so much.

1. What irons are you currently playing? Ping G10
2.What is your natural shot shape with irons? Straight with a little fade here and there.
3. What is the current shaft and shaft flex in your irons? Ping AWT regular flex
4. What length and lie do you play in your irons? Standard length, Ping Yellow dot (1.5 upright)

Can't wait to read the reviews and thoughts on these in the upcoming weeks!

2. What is your natural shot shape with irons? - I hit both fades and draws, though my fade is much more controlled and draws more exaggerated

I play with a very slight draw.

I play the KBS steel shafts in reg flex.

The lie and loft are standard.

I got to poking around on the net and saw some other pics ans man they really look good, tungsten toe and stainless body, very interesting to say the least. Plus stronger lofts, they have a soft look and I wonder how that translates into the feel of them. They are really eye catching.

First of all thanks to Ping and THP for this oportunity

1. What irons are you currently playing? Adams a12 os, i know they are at the other end of the forgiveness spectrum, but i took some lessons this year and i feel i can handle this kind of irons now
2. What is your natural shot shape with irons? a draw/hook, but i think its due to the offset of my clubs
3. What shaft and shaft flex is in your irons? stock stiff steel shafts
4. What length and lie do you play in your irons? stock lenght (i've never had a fitting)
 
Wow! Would love to give these a shot for THP. I've been impressed with previous S models by PING and seeing how these were immediately put in most bags by the Tour pros, they must be good!

4. What length and lie do you play in your irons? Plus 1/4" and std.

Bubba hasn't switched clubs in about 9 years and he just changed over to the S55 irons. They must be pretty good. I've always been intrigued by Ping irons but I've never owned any. This is a great testing opportunity. Thanks Ping and THP!

I have been spending a lot of time on Pings website and reading about these irons has me very intrigued. I love that they have a bit of help with the tungsten toe weight, while at the same time keeping that more classic shape.

The PING CFS shafts also intrigue me quite a bit. All in all these things look stunning. Cannot wait to see who gets selected
