Such an amazing venue!

Literally just a block or so down the road from where we played at The Grandaddy. Will be watching with a little more interest than normal this week.

Will be watching this one. Looks like they have some great Pro's in this one.

That makes me want to watch the tournament even more, I had no idea they were so close!

Can't wait for this one to kick off. Should be some good competition in this one.

Always low scoring here. Talk about birdie fests - was just reading that last year the cut was at -10! Lots of guys going low this week!

So who is on everyone's list to finish first this week?

If Jordan Spieth is playing, I'd love to see him win again. Harris English too? He came so close in Hawaii but an unlucky bounce on a closing hole together with some great golf by Walker cost him the tournament.

I hate events where scoring is like that. I wanna watch because it's challenging not to see them make a difficult game look like joke.

This is a bit of a Mickey Mouse tournament, but it's still one of my favorite to watch simply because of the scenery. The courses they play here are just beautiful. Golf porn at its best!!

Having played in this area a little over a month ago! The scenery there is absolutely stunning. And the courses we were on was even more impressive.

I wish they would show more of the amateurs.

These calorie burn numbers they keep posting have to be waaaaaaay off!!

My MIL lives on the 14th hole by the green. I walked out and played 6 holes last year. The course is gorgeous. Fairways are like a sponge

My goodness are those courses beautiful. Are these PGA West courses open to the public or not?

Matt Every is on fire! He eagled #6 to get to -13, making him 6 under through 6 holes today. He's already on the low round 59 watch.

I don't care much about how low the scoring is other than the fact that the biggest names tend to stay away from those kind of events. My only critique with a few of these early season tournaments (Humana, Farmers, Pebble come to mind) is that it is hard to follow the tournament on television when it is on multiple courses. Particularly for the three course events, folks are rotating through Saturday...leaving only Sunday as a compelling TV round.

Lots of players having to stick it close and then make the putts!

Hole in one

Hole in one

Just watched Zach Johnson miss a hole in one on a par 3 by a lip out and then on the next shot Keegan Bradley holed it. Crazy to think how close those two shots were back to back and amazing to watch it live.

Watching it live here in New Zealand and that was some shot, kinda makes up for the chunked shot he had out of a fairway bunker on a previous hole.

I believe there are 3 private and 3 resort courses at PGA West...a Greg Norman Resort Course, A Jack Nicklaus Resort Course and the TPC Course

Now that was hilarious!!! Look at that cupcake still on the screen...

Lots of Callaway boys at the top of the leaderboard these last few weeks. After hitting all the equipment, I am not surprised.
