I hear you on the diesel. I dont' put a ton of miles on my car so the premium wasn't a big issue for me. I've heard the TDIs get crazy good gas mileage.

Nice looking car. Yea I usually get 40 42 mph with highway and city driving. On highway only maybe 42-50 mph. Its so nice going a week and a half without refueling.

Pssshhhh.... 14.3 mpg showing on the dash right now! Of course it's the fact I'm constantly in stop and go traffic and always pushing through snow. Then add in the winter blend gas up here is TERRIBLE!

Worst mileage I've seen is 35 mpg on Winter gas all city driving with 20 minute idle warm up sessions.

I drive a 2010 Saab 9-3 & my wife has a 2008 Volvo XC-90 for now. Funny that we both ended up in Swedish built cars.
The Volvo is approaching 100K miles, so we are about to get rid of it. I got the Saab for 1/2 of MSRP when they were going bankrupt. It's been a great car.

37mpg on a bad day.
That's sick!! I get around 35 when I'm on the highway, and something closer to 20 when I am driving city (like an idiot of course). Not too terribly bad for a turbo!

Its solid, 34 MPG highway and mid 20's in the city, no complaints yet
Just wait til you get your Minivan. You will be in heaven.

Have not done any highway driving yet. Getting 16.5 on town but that includes a lot of idle time, I have been using the remote start a lot this week lol
