I know a few people remember these irons. They were in demand back in the late 80s and they are coming back. They will cost you about $4,000. A few used to speak of the thin copper layer under the chrome and swore it gave them a certain feel.

Queue the buttery feel train.

I'd love to hit these just to say I hit $4K irons, but I'm not sure I'd be the one to get the most out of these. I think I played a round today with the polar opposite of these clubs (G25s).

Absolutely stunning, both in looks and price lol. That's ridiculous.

Gorgeous, but holy heck, 4k... Dang.

My blade days disappeared about 15 years ago and my $4000 iron set days have yet to appear and probably never will.

Those are gorgeous!!!!

Wow. On both aspects look and price. Might be the best looking iron I've ever seen. Stunning.

I'm not a blade-look person at all, and this is just my opinion, but I think they're boring looking.

I wish I could game blades, they feel soooooo good (not looking for a forged v cast debate, I just love minimal solid irons) but I'm a mere mortal. Those look stunning, but if I were in the market for true jdm blades I'd get Miuras or MP4s. I think the FG tour 100 looks better too.

Gorgeous irons, wow 4 G's! Bet they are so smooth.

Shiny. And pricey. Somebody is going to enjoy those.

Those are gorgeous, but are they really $3k more gorgeous than Wilson FG Tour 100's or Mizuno MP4's? Hell they're even more than Miuras, by a good margin.

Since they're Mizuno though, they must be butter. Grain flow forged!!! :alien:

MMM extra buttery

That's why they look good lol. IMO on blades, less is more. Nothing beats a simple minimal looking blade.

I don't know what would be worse, the sting to my hands on mis-hits or the sting to my wallet. But if you can play and afford 'em, rock out.

Golf porn

Were they $4000 in the 80's? (or 4-5x the typical price of an iron set in the 80's?)

Inside I'm smiling because I imagine you're getting close to justifying these.

Great looking club, but dang $4k is a lot of money for irons.
