I'm late posting, but I came home from vacation & had to split & stack 3 ash trees that the neighbor had dropped in my yard. Good news: free firewood! Good/bad news: one helluva workout - but not very good for my golf swing haha!

This is about half the job - the rest is stacked in the garage

It's long been my favorite neighborhood in Manhattan, but was devastated by Hurricane Sandy. It's finally...finally showing signs of life again.

Spent the afternoon visiting Arlington National Cemetery. Somber yet beautiful and proud to be a Veteran. Now im just stuck on the train for 5 hours heading home.

I did alot of funerals there when I was a member of the AF Honor Guard. Such a beautiful cemetary.

My Grandparents live down there. Unfortunately I haven't been down there in 10 years.
