Pictures of your back swing

Sorry. Kinda blurry

Some really nice looking swings in here fellas

This is fundamentally sound, it's not even funny. These lines and the position of the club at the top are picture perfect. The amount of stored power you have in this pic is crazy. I know you are working hard on your swing and it will show this summer when we have a little rematch. This pic makes me want to dial in my game a bit. Keep up the good work Jimmy

Thanks Panda!! I can't even tell you how much it excites me to read kind words and really really motivates me!!

i don't see much wrong with this at all. in fact, of everyone i've seen, i'd put your position in the top 3. maybe a little more shoulder turn, but that looks like a controlled, on-plane position to me.

Wow thank you for the compliments. I have not played in 2 months and it shows and I feel it. Wish this would show on the scorecard as well.

the amount of speed and power you generate through the ball still amazes me. Puuurty swing bro

Thank you! Those were some good times down there in FL, and a fun round

Here's a couple from this past season

Here's a picture from last night in my basement with a 9 iron. Trying to stay more controlled and not over swing as much, while also turning instead of sliding.

First picture is driver and the second a PW.

I'm not that flexible...but I hope that's not the top of my backswing in the first picture.

But that could be the flat backswing I was talking to you about Freddie, that has led to my driver slice???

From yesterday. Looks like I need to work on my right arm.

I videoed myself inside this morning on my iPhone thinking about this thread. I've said it before and I'll say it again, feel is so not real. What felt like a half backswing for me was, in reality, a full swing with my hands up over my shoulders and a slight sway when I got that far back.

Love that this thread is making a lot of us look at what we're doing instead of just assuming.

Completely self taught, getting to a point where I think lessons will dial me in.

Last year at Bridgestone Championship, first tee and I think Cookie caught me starting my downswing...be easy on me Freddie (left arm)!

This is from a couple of seasons ago, have changed my shoulder angle a bit, trying to get the left shoulder to drop a bit more.

This is from the range today, taken with the front of my iPhone cause I somehow managed to break the glass covering of the back one ImageUploadedByTapatalk1423275451.117190.jpg

Driver off the deck on #9 today - I'm working on maintaining the flex in my right knee.

Left side is last week, right side is tonight. Working on getting my hands higher on the backswing. A little bit at a time.

Ok Freddie, here is the swing today. First time on the range this year. Break it down for me brother and don't spare the feelings.
Sorry for the bad lighting. The bad blue circle on the last pic is the ball I just hit. A decent drive, straight and out to about 265.

Currently working on the left wrist. Working on the opposite of what it is in this photo. I want it flat for fades and bowed for draws.

Here's a screen shot from a video from my previous lesson on working on how to hit a proper draw. I have the shaft pretty much exactly where I want, but still struggled getting the small wrist bow. Also my first move from the top is always to drop the hands down then go into the ball. I think I need to work on my left hit bumping out to start the down swing so my first move with the hands is at the ball not down for a draw. Also not sure if it's the camera angle or not, but I think I'd like to get a little more of a wider base.
