I'm watching my tivo of today's play and I have to say, I'm really enjoying the ladies today. I hate to say this, cause I don't normally enjoy ESPN's golf coverage but this coverage is BLOWING Golf Channel's LPGA coverage out of the water.

Unfortunately nobody. ESPN does not pay for it the LPGA does and TGC has the contract. It sucks, but atleast we are getting coverage now.

If I ever get a chance to play a round at Oakmont, I'm hitting a ball into the Church Pew Bunker just to say I played a shot (or 20) out of it. Seriously, one of the coolest bunkers in either tour. Right up there with Mickey Mouse Bunker at the Disney.

The best way to advance up the leaderboard is to not be on the course. As of 11:52 CST only 4 of the top 39 players are playing. Virutally all of the 35 players at +3 or better that have not yet teed off have improved their positions. Oakmont is winning the Open, and it's not even close.

She is still playing really well. Dialed in on her iron shots, that is for sure. And with her putting is never really an issue.
