personalized j/b tag?
It's a bit wide. I should have more thoughts on it this weekend when I take it for the golf trip in my UGB. If I could change one thing, I don't like the "arrive in style" slogan across it. When I buy a premium product, I don't want the advertising.I need the Dopp kit in my life.
Anyone have any lasting thoughts/comparisons with the ugb and/or the duffle?
That isn’t great, especially when the bag itself seems to hold up so well. Will you reach out to them?Long term update on my Dopp bag. Less than a year in and the “N” on my bag is falling off. Being that the amount of travel I have done during the pandemic (which is to say about 3 trips, all within driving distance), I am surprised it didn’t hold up better. I’m a bit aggravated by it, to be honest. On the bright side, maybe I’ll just change my name to the new symbol I have on my bag, kind of like Prince. From now on, you can put me down as “backwards ‘1’” on the scorecard.
below are some pics. The tag on the UGB seems to be going strong so maybe it was just a defect with the one on the Dopp kit.

I will. I have not yet and debated posting about this before I did, but I thought it was fair game since the bags are marketed as a premium offering, which in my view would include premium customer service. I’ll report back after I send an email later today. That isn’t great, especially when the bag itself seems to hold up so well. Will you reach out to them?
It looks like it’s plastic lettering that is thermo-bonded to the ingot. To me it looks like a small manufacturing defect. I sent an email just now so we will see what happens. Hopefully they resolve it.Wonder if it was just weak paint, or if wherever you were putting your bag was scratching against it. Seems like a pretty easy fix though.
