I would agree that standard stroke play scoring be the rule of the day, but would it be worth discussing having some contests mixed in, maybe for just one round, like closest to the pin or long putt? Maybe everyone throw down an extra $20 and give away a few dozen balls or gift cards or something?

Would be cool to have a chance to come away with some bragging rights from a big gathering like this.
