Tour Event 2021 Ryder Cup

I listened to the Stricker press conference after the morning pairings were announced (I spent 6 hours in the car) and he said for Friday they had a plan and were going to stick with it. I would expect the guys playing twice today to get a match off tomorrow. Stricker also indicated he didn't see anyone going all 5 matches which given the depth of the US team makes sense.

Bryson would have been entertaining this morning. He has his work cut out for him against Rahm.

they have been huge a 2nd session team lately. If that happens here, there will be some serious 2nd guessing on the stricker pairings.
 
I have to think DJ and Xander are favored here.
Finau and English might be the calmest pairing ever.
Can Cantlay unJT what JT JTed this morning?

I think Father Time is finally hindering Poulter from being the player that he can be. Padraig would be a better player than him in my opinion.

Westwood similar, but he proved he can play this year but he is several months removed from his hot streak. Rory hasn’t looked great especially with putter. Fitzpatrick has been playing bad and still some reason goes out first round.

interested to see how Lowry and Hatton play with their not so great form. Europe might play their way out of this before singles which would stink.

I think it’s 3-1 and JT/Cantlay lose a close one
