A Spikes Conservation - Why aren't current spikes enough for you @templeton??

Nothing wrong with metal spikes wore them a lot in track in high school. I did always like the clicking noise.

I’m also fine golfing in my new balance dad shoes.

I feel like there is more aeration of greens these days, and spikeless shoes play a large role in that.
 
I don't need metal, but definitely think I have difficulty being in a non-spiked shoe.

I just feel super uncomfortable. Like I can't get secure enough footing when hitting the ball. Plus I hate slipping walking in wet/damp conditions.
 
I don't miss having to change shoes to go indoors in the clubhouse or go run errands after my round. I wear my spikeless to/from the course and if I have any running around to do, they look enough like regular sneakers to pass muster.
