Somewhere, an Instagram influencer is posting about how the cover is nothing but colors and flavorings, while recommending a more “natural” cover at a lower price point, like a Fortaleza cover, that is impossible to find locally.

It's H&B so they are more "fitted" than most. If you like loose get a size up. I am between a L and a M and I went M because I prefer tighter versus looser. Just depends on the what you like. The hoodie I will go L for sure.
