There are a number of really good candidates here but for me it's a casserole or stew. So much better the next day.

Chili gets better the second and third day

Lasagna is the only one that gets better.

The others get close to the original. Except casseroles.

Cold pizza is the winner.
Leftover lasagna warmed in a pan / waffle iron is great.
BBQ is always better the next day.
Soups/Stews are never leftovers to me because I only make them for 7-days down the line :ROFLMAO:

A chili/soup is the best leftover. My wife makes chicken and dumplings, and they are crazy good the next day

Chili and spaghetti are the best answers. Flavors intensify during refrigeration.

KFC. Cold.

There’s something about that that hits really nicely. Same with pizza, though you can eat that hot or cold and be happy.
Right? I think it’s because getting turkey leftovers is way more rare.

I've never found Chinese to keep particularly well, I have had it though many times.

Pizza cold never disappoints so I chose that.

Meatloaf is the best, just saying

Indian, especially a spicy dish although Anthony Bourdain's beef bourgnoine recipe for less halles actually said make the day before serving and that's true as well (tho not technically a leftover)

I chose lasagna, but cold spaghetti is awesome!
