Yes. Too often. Usually starts with a bad tee shot with driver caused by swinging too hard. Then it’s long FW to get back on track, and another over-swing. Doesn’t take long to add 3-5 strokes to what could have been a great hole. Then I’ll follow up with a par and all is right with the world.

1-2 a round add up.

Duffed or thinned chip
Terrible speed on putts

I tend to be going along fine and then it just happens out of seemingly nowhere
 
Yes. Most of the time it’s something mental followed by stubbornness.
mine if my last rounds last year on the last hole. There was water in front of the green. Nothing crazy. Par 4. Lay up went decently. Then I hit 3 in the water. Refused to switch wedges even though I knew I should’ve stopped and used a regular simple. pitching wedge. That type of thinking usually causes it.
