Golf Warmup with Theragun

I haven't followed the protocol in the video but do use it before driving to the course which is 10 minutes away. Theragun really helps with my neck/upper shoulder and forearms, especially the latter.

i was gonna ask how this works with back problems...have some disc issues (L4 and L5)...not enough to keep me from doing things i really want to do but i feel like i need more loosening up these days.

For me, it keeps the things that would be like a 4-6 more like a 2-3, but it keeps those 5-6 like pain days from turning into the pinch that locks up and guards and then you can't turn your neck, or getting into golf posture is nothing but spasm.
