All of Callaways balls are made from tooling made in this building. Some balls are made elsewhere, but the tooling is made here. Really cool.
 
Longest tenured employee is 51 years and average tenure is 22 years at the shop here

Takes about 5 days to make a good ball from scratch.
 
Callaway uses an injecting molding process for their balls

JB with a great question - what is the biggest change besides the solid core in golf balls that has come about? Materials and instrumentation for QC. Allows to get as close to limits as close as possible.
