Odyssey Metal-X Milled Putter Preview

Got this Putter that I've had my eye on for a while. Found it "used" for $50. All looks good except the shaft is silver and every picture I've seen of these has the black shaft. I didn't buy it from a golf shop, it was a seller on amazon and wouldn't expect them to know if it was reshafted, etc. Am I good?

what a classic. One of the best putters I’ve ever owned. Wish I hadn’t sold mine years back.

Maiden voyage done and I was reminded why I liked this putter. It was like riding bike today and I ended up with 31 putts. I felt like I had good control of the pace and was able to lag put really well. Excited to get back out.

The big knock on it irrc was the firm feeling at impact. Golf balls have come a long way since this was released so curious if that helps now.

26 putts today with the 330m. It’s hard to describe but the head bale fits my eye. Intermediate putts (6-8ft) just look good to me and I made a bunch to save a hole today. On a day when my best wasn’t there off the tee, I needed my putter to help me keep the score low.
Another thing is the lag putting. On longer putts I got a great feel for distance and it helped me not have any three putts today.
