You ever tire of being right? LOL. In that case, would you say it's due to the individuals or the organization? Obviously players come and go and the behavior still exists. Fixing it, would you say it's as simple as being more selective when trading, siging or drafting players or is it an internal organizational issue that condones such behavior?

Its both. You sign guys like Pacman Jones and Chris Henry (obviously not with us anymore), you deal with the consequences. At the same time, how many times do we hear about a guy "turning the corner", "turning their life around" and all "that stuff is in the past". Marvin Lewis clearly has no control and has not and its amazing he still had a job through most of this. We can call it the organization, but every player must be responsible for being a good person.
