Wood cutting day yesterday. A good friend's neighbor had a big Live Oak come down and asked if we could take care of it for him (for size reference my chainsaw has a 24" bar). Spent the day cutting it up and burning all the small stuff. He doesn't want the wood, so I'll be getting a really good haul of firewood that just needs to season for a year or two.

I think she alters her smile because she just lost her last four baby teeth and she hates smiling. She is my little bean though!

Flying from ATL to Fort Myers and a guy has a Great Dane “service dog” . I like dogs and even had a Dane as a teenager. Another passenger asked the owner what kind of service dog? The guy stammers before saying the dog calms his mom. He told me earlier it was his dog. Nice guy but….

Anyway, I got a standby middle seat in Comfort Plus after my meetings finished early. I’m wearing a suit and the dog is literally standing over my knees.

Flight attendant sees a problem and asks if this is okay. I didn’t want to create an issue but this is ridiculous. Flight attendant suggests moving to an open seat in first. Suit pants still need to be cleaned. . Glad the flight attendant found a win-win solution.

There were lots of dolphins playing just off the beach yesterday so we took the boat out for a closer look.

Had to fly to AZ for a speech on Tuesday so played The Phoenician with some friends today, conditions were great, weather was great and the company of course great.
