We were down around that area on vacation last week, and it amazes me how many people, even when the flags are double red, and signs stating to stay out of the water with possibility of a $500 fine if you get in, still venture out. Not only are you putting yourself in harms way, but also those who many attempt to rescue you. Not sure on this situation, but there's been 11 deaths around the Panama City area just this month from drowning. My safety moment for everyone, heed the warnings!
