Just curious if my THPeeps take any supplements regularly? If so, what? Anything you can't live without?

I'm in my 40's, so everyday I take:
Fish oil
Probiotic capsules
I add in a number of others (Mg, B12, Vitamin D, creatine) on a bit more random basis.

In my late 50's and take the following daily:

Glucosamine Chondroitin
Men's 50+ Multivitamin
Zinc

Just B12

can’t get it anywhere else since I sterilize my well water and don’t eat meat.

CoQ10, 100mg/day - Heart health
Creatine, 5g/day - Endurance, cognition, sleep
D-Aspartic Acid - 3g/day - Allegedly raises Testosterone
Magnesium, 250mg/EOD - Muscle cramps
Multivitamin, daily - fill in the holes
Saw Palmetto, 450mg/day - Prostate health
Taurine, 6g/day - Recovery, weight loss, BP, sleep, other benefits
Vitamin C, 1000mg/day - Influenza & Covid-19 regimen
Vitamin D, 2000mcg EOD - Covid-19 regimen
Zinc, 50mg/day - Covid-19 regimen

Plus protein supplements.

May seem like a lot, but, OTOH I take but one prescription med--5mg of Lisinopril for BP, and I don't even need that if I stay on my exercise regimen.

Sadly, a bunch, on the good side, my othopedist and MD (both before we moved) recommended what I take:
Krill oil
Tumeric
Glucosimine Chondroitin
B12
D
Mega vitamin
Magnesium

I think that's it - it was much longer list before I bumped it off the MDs who thumbs up'ed these.

Vitamin D3 and when I remember a senior multivitamin.

I’m 68. I take vitamin D, fish oil pills and Magnesium.

Multivitamin 50+
Vitamin D3
I do get wicked muscle cramps and have tried a number of things without consistent success.

Creatine
Daily Multivitamin
Does Aleve count? I take that every day too. Lol

Vitamin D every day for the last 5 years. Helps a ton living this far north.

Men's 50+ Multivitamin
Daily antacid

Do CBD gummies count? 🤷🏻‍♂️

Liquid flaxseed oil
Liquid cod liver oil
Liquid multivitamin, vit. B complex, msm/chondro
Liquid ionic zinc
Liquid vit d3/k2 complex
5mg Thorne Creatine
Electrolyte powder in water

Creatine is all I need.

Balance of Nature. The best single dietary decision I've ever made along with going low carb and eliminating sugars. My wife and I are currently taking turns getting lab tests done to specifically see if there are any remaining deficiencies. I've got to tell you blood chemistry, health markers, energy, alertness, and so on have never been better since I did that and got on a low-carb/sugar diet with the Balance of Nature.

I've 66 and require NO medications. Everything is in balance from exercise and diet.

Daily multivitamin and fiber pills.

Does caffeine count?

I'm not as regular as I should be at taking these, but when I remember:
- fish oil
- zinc
- magnesium
- probiotic

Multivitamin, extra d3 as im deficient, and I probably should do fish oil and something like glucosamine again.

I also have low-ish (lower range of normal) testostetone, when I was big into weightlifting I supplemented with a test booster that had good results.. that is always something to look into again
