I gotta say its course a little tougher than I thought we're playing from the blues and with the wind blowing in your face most of the holes it's really making it tough

Par 4, 14th. Tim nails a drive and hits his second shot just short of the green. He took putter from 5 yds off the green and drains it for birdie, net eagle! What a great putt by him. He's now 3up with 4 to play.

Well played Tim! Looks like you guys had some serious fun, such a rad course!
 
Congrats to Tim. He had a long drive this morning to San Diego and then walked 18. Greens were a bit slow but he handled them great. Guy can launch his driver with project X shaft. Wouldn't hesitate to tee it up with him again.

I too use iron covers and see nothing wrong with them. We protect all our other clubs, but for some odd reason, it's "not cool" to protect the irons.

Today, Iron Covers were 2-0
