Vinsanity will forever be appreciated.

30 years of NBA play will catch up with you.

I forgot he was still playing. That's pretty impressive that he was able to have such a long career. Man he was fun to watch in his prime.

Damn he was playing for so long.. good for him!

Love me some Vinsanity! Awesome player and great guy!

Much respect for that long of a career.

Was hoping we could end the career in Toronto that was the plan. Sign him for a 3 game contract. I still remember him at the Slam dunk contest. “It’s ova”

Loved playing with the Raptors in NBA2k1 on the Sega Dreamcast. I would drop 60/game with Vinsanity all on dunks 😂

Very entertaining career in the dunking category.

Hall of Famer. Legend. Greatest dunker of all time! What a career!

One of my all time favorite Tarheels. Geez....he was at UNC when I was in high school! What a career!

What an unbelievable career. Watching him shift his game as time caught up with him was a lot of fun.

22 years in the nba, longevity, good career, never really a fan though.

Always fun to watch. He deserves a good rest. :)

That dunk was insane.

I was living in NYC in 2007 and Vinsanity was playing for the Jersey Nets.
They made the playoffs and were facing the Cavs and Lebron.
I bought tickets to go see Vince play because I thought - "he's 32 years old. He may retire soon. I should go see him play while I have a chance."
MAN!! Was I wrong. One heckuva career.

Vince was fun to watch in those early years & always seemed to destroy my team when they played each other.

Now to see if he is voted into the Hall of Fame.

The Dr J of the ABA and of Roosevelt New York might have something to say about that!

I agree I would have thought he had retired 10 years ago.

it's usually advisable to retire when you start collecting social security lol

He was fun to watch. Really amazing that he played as long as he did.

Dude was insane at Carolina!
