Bought an Arnold Palmer book to read while on vacation

I bought a gross of brand new Chrome Soft X pix's. A guy I know in the business got them for me at a price I couldnt refuse. I like them, my kid LOVES them. I am already subsidizing my kids masters program (Bite me Joe), I may as well get him golf balls.

Srixon ZX 7 wood on sale. Going back to 7W. After a round and driving range time, I think we are going to get along just fine! (Until we don’t of course. Lol) I believe my swing is better suited to woods than hybrids In that spot. And I thought the Srixon fairways were kind of under-rated and wanted to give one a go.

Nike had them on sale and then got another 20% off through the app so decided to pull the trigger on the color I’ve been wanting. By far the most comfortable golf shoe I’ve worn.

Paid the other day but received today a full set of PING Eye 2 irons. 1 through lob. Had been secretly been pondering for a long while. I wanted a second set that I could have at the cabin since there is a course not too far away.
Originally got fitted for and was going to buy the i59 set and bring the G's to the cabin but with the economy in its current state I just couldn't justify such spendy irons.
Anyway, I got to hit a 1 iron for the first time ever today and that my friends was a thrill.
I also picked up an older PING B60 which I will try for the first time tomorrow.

My wife and I drove two hours one way to Dicks Warehouse in CLT today. We didn’t get any 75% off deals but plenty of 50% off stuff.

4 Hagen and 1 Cloudspun polos

A nice long sleeve Hagen polo, and a Hagen quarter zip.

AND a couple of Arnie towels!!!!

my wife came away with several tops, a golf dress, a swimsuit, a couple of upf50 sun sleeves, and we both got ASICS walking / running shoes (which were sharply discounted but not an extra 50% off).

All told we dropped a cool 5-spot but we’re happy with what we came away with. Thanks to @pumbaa for the tip!
