​Just finished our Christmas Eve traditional Dinner,Standing Rib Roast with Molting Cakes and Peppermint Ice cream for dessert.

Christmas eve tradition of perogies, potato pancakes and kielbasa

I made a roast chicken, mashed potatoes and a corn/bacon relish. It was yummy.

Christmas Eve is a big deal in my family so it's roast beef Yorkshire pudding too much gravy and slalom with a boat load of veggies. It smells so good.

Salmon, white fish, sour kraut, split pea soup, perogies, cheesy potatoes, green bean casserole, pumpernickel bread, and beet soup. Typical polish dinner for Christmas Eve at the grandparents.

We are having a lamb roast tomorrow. The plan is to put it in the crock pot right before we go play on our private golf course.

Last night was our Christmas Eve traditional meal - Chinese food after church. We went with sesame chicken, broccoli beef, chicken lo mein, hot and sour soup, pot sticker appetizers and stiff cocktails for me and the wife.
