What's Your Favorite Kind Of Pizza

The regional pizza around me is pretty dam good. Crust is crispy on the outside but still soft if that makes sense. Sauce is a little on the sweet side. You can get Chicago style too, but I usually stick with the regular crust. My go to orders are Italian beef with giardiniera or sausage, mushrooms, and garlic.

crust/dough - medium thickness, something to help soak up the grease from the cheese and toppings, also gives some substance and support, crust like a fine baked bread. crinkles when you bite into it but soft and flaky on the inside

sauce - RED, I like a little spice to it as well but also like to taste real fresh tomatoes

Toppings - standard cheeses and Meats with an extra side of MEATS. Pepperoni (expecially the smaller cripsy spicy kinds), sausage, bacon, canadian bacon, etc.

Cooking style - wood fired/brick oven can be amazing. On the pellet grill is very good too. I like a smokey/wood fired overtone.

Great, Now I want a dang pizza for lunch...
