What's Your Favorite Kind Of Pizza

I’ll have not had pizza for two months when we roll into Chicago.

@JB I’m curious what you have up your sleeve.

Pure sin. You will hate it, but still want it

new York pizza

I like the typical plain NY style pizza.

Cheese it up

I saw this conversation again and now I want pizza!!

New York Thin is tough to beat

Lots of meat, and jalapenos for some kick. The more cheese the better, regular crust.

Paper thin crust, thick sauce, extra meat, (sausage, peperoni, ham, salami) extra variety of 3 cheeses, olives, onions, various italian seasonings, and sliced tomatoes.

All that, with a really cold beer chaser in a freezing, frosted mug. .

Sometimes my wife will make a "bread free" pizza. She some how uses cream cheese in place of a bread crust.

All the meats! Thin or thick crusts is fine.

Salami and olive, pan with pepperoni and diced tomato, prefer not thin crust.

A properly done thin crust but it has to have the right dough and pizza oven to get the right result. I dislike soggy soft thin crust. Pan or deep dish just generally are out of balance with too much crust. I'll still eat them but way prefer thin crust done properly.

Hey @JB

Pizza pizza.

Thin crust margarita pizza. The sauce needs to be on top of the cheese.

A really good plain cheese pizza is tough to beat.

Almost anything on thin crisp crust.
