Your Top 5 Courses Played

toughest I've ever played. That Par 3 #2 is very very deceiving. Along with the Front 9 is all down hill and you climb back up the Back 9
2 is the dumbest hole in Ohio

Holy crap dude I didn't know you'd played Cypress. That's amazing.
My neighbor when we lived in NorCal for 20 years had a college friend that was a member.
great list. How did you get on Chicago Golf Club?!! My new insurance broker at work has a pretty good connection and said he played there last year and could probably get me on. Trying not to get too excited about the possibility of playing there just to get my hopes crushed
I was in college and one of my good friend’s family were members there. It was 1987 but I can still vividly remember many of the holes and some of the shots I hit that day.

I edited it right after. I absolutely intended on Bally. It's one of my top two. I was trying to think of other nice ones that I've played to round out the top five and forgot to actually put it. It's 1000% in the list

I like both of those courses, but was like "hmmmm". I do understand the frustration you had however

Ya know, from playing with @xThor and there being dissension

No order

Bandon Dunes resort (all courses included in that)
Carnoustie
Old Course (not for the course itself but for the experience)
Sand Hollow
Cruden Bay (started off slow but the back 9 there is amazing)

If I would of been able to finish my round at Royal County Down I know it would have been on the list.

Don't worry, I felt like an idiot when I posted and had to edit that one in there. It wasn't THAT frustrating to leave it off the list 😅

In no order:
Pebble Beach
Pasatiempo
Pinehurst #2
Bluejack National
Medalist Golf Club

This list will change in about 3 months, and oof that’s gonna be weird to boot some.

Edgewood Tahoe
Kiva Dunes

great thread for me to read, what strikes me is that my top courses are not the highest rated or most exclusive course I've played but rather some pristine day on a good course
