PAST THE HOLE 90% of the time
never up never in
LOOK BEYOND THE CUP and AIM FOR FEW INCHES PAST THE BACK LIP
I tend to control this method with the heel of my putter
The other 10% of te time are tremendously fast downhill sidehill putts-- I will be more gentle and use the toe of the putter to ease the ball into the hole and definitely change my method and use a spot on a line toward the hole to aim for and DIE IT IN

Hit past. Unless it's slick downhill, or the greens are really fast
If I try to die them in I usually come up a bit short.
